A month-long residency in the Byrdcliffe Arts Colony in Woodstock, New York. Autonomously lived and worked among other artists in the colony of various artistic disciplines, and presented some of my work in a public reading during open studios at the end of the program. During my time in residency, I researched and began writing an adaptation of The Bacchae by Euripides.

I spent 6 weeks in residence at the Eugene O’Neill Theater Center, where we attended workshops; sat in on rehearsals and performances for the National Playwrights Conference, the National Musical Theater Conference, and the National Puppetry Conference; and performed in 5 new works written in the course of a week, rehearsed and performed for the public over the course of a weekend. Actors received the casting and a first draft of the script roughly 48 hours before the final performance of each piece, and pieces ranged from 10-30 minutes long. Performed a variety of genres, including straight plays, musicals, and radio plays.
